The LK Holdings Inc. team spans three generations of real estate professionals who have developed hundreds of residential projects throughout the Twin Cities, greater Minnesota and Wisconsin since 1975.

The original goal was to provide a more efficient and effective solution for residential real estate development. Today we serve our clients by utilizing industry leading technology to provide and more transparent and easy to understand overall picture of each and every project we are involved with.

Our divisions operate together seamlessly to control a project from conception, through construction, and into ongoing operations or each division can function independently of the others for projects that only require a specific subset of capabilities.
